Kimberly Cruz is young woman who believes her Congressional District should be the center stage of politics since it holds the diversity of the world amongst 772,000 people. She has spent the last eighteen months monitoring the landscape connecting with leaders, identifying the players who will change the ecosystem we currently live in. 

Background of The Landscape:

• On October 28, 2022, Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was disrespected in her home and The United States did not fight. Sixty years after the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and we are not celebrating or appreciating the rights that we fought for in blood, sweat, and tears for all races, genders, and intersectional identity. We saw the first female Vice President and Speaker of the House behind the President and we still did not appreciate how historical this moment was. As well as the first Black female Supreme Court Justice. With all this glory, we have lost the federal right to abortion (2022) , we have lost affirmative action rights(2023), and the unhoused will be defined with a fine or be sent to jail on a Supreme Court ruling in June 2024. 

1. Abortion Rights: Abortion is the voluntary termination of a pregnancy. In 2022, nearly 50 years after Roe v. Wade changed the legal status of abortion by striking down a Texas law that criminalized abortion except as a means of saving the life of the pregnant person, the United States Supreme Court in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization held that abortion is not a fundamental right under the US Constitution, clearing the way for states to pass laws restricting abortions that would have to withstand only rational-basis review when challenged in courts.   

2. Affirmative Action: Affirmative action is defined as a set of procedures designed to; eliminate unlawful discrimination among applicants, remedy the results of such prior discrimination, and prevent such discrimination in the future. Applicants may be seeking admission to an educational program or looking for professional employment. 

3. The Unhoused: An unhoused child as defined in the McKinney-Vento Act is “a child who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence” this term includes: Children and youth who are: sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or a similar reason (sometimes referred to as doubled-up); Unhoused individuals who have been displaced by economic debt, aftermath of natural disasters such as floods, fires, and any other natural element, and all other ways to become unhoused. 

- Supreme Court will hear case about homeless encampments, with huge implications for California. The U.S. Supreme Court will weigh in on whether cities can legally ban or limit unhoused people camping in public spaces — a case that could grant California officials more power to sweep homeless camps. (June 2024)

• American civilian and military soldiers have been attacked abroad and we have to react with the consensus of The People.The use of artificial intelligence killed three American soldiers on January 29, 2024. We are currently making a mockery of Congress after the riot on the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, and we have focused our attention on the least important issues when unregulated weapon such as artificial intelligence has been released to the public square.

2. Intentionally putting races against each other for resources that are mismanaged at a federal level

3. Lack of centralized primary source education around these crimes where some radical civilians targeted our most respected leaders of Congress trying to take control of the outcome of an election. This is anti-democracy, no matter your party. 

• The administration in New York has decided to make decisions that have create negatively impacted our community: Budget cuts to Queens Public Library and the Public Schools. The  administration states that the reason is to support the migrants but in my humble opinion these are tactics to create chaos for The People of New York to feel uneasy during the election year. We are living an orchestrated attack by radical bad actors who we have given power to before the pandemic. After the release of COVID, artificial intelligence, and the war on democracies on all lands around the world, we must Unite and Fight back with our words and following through with our civil duties to vote: RED, WHITE, OR BLUE. 

1. The focus on migrants has been an excuse to not properly protect long term residents and citizens who also in dire need of help. There are bad actors who are of any legal status and our mission is to have a stable legal system to pass individuals through without violating more human rights. Find the bad apples, set a proper example, and make sure it is not excessive but if the next person commits the same crime they will suffer the consequences and lead by example. Humanity needs humane solutions but solutions nonetheless. 

2. The police should have power to put people in a holding cell when they are dangerous actors and should not release people on ROR: Release on recognizance” (ROR) refers to a pretrial release option that allows a defendant to be released from custody without having to post bail or bond, but rather by signing an agreement promising to return to court for all scheduled appearances. 

3. We must be realistic on what our needs are now after this pandemic that halted our lives. Do we have more hospitals, beds, healthcare workers with more rights and regulation to protect them and the public, education centers, welcome centers focused on civic education? We remove funding to essential buildings and we do not the proper system to fill in the gaps. Organizations are not centralized or regulated for The People to be aware of their existence. 

Many American leaders in all three branches of government are being targeted by bigotry and unnecessary hatred. We must bring decency to our nation and make the kitchen table purple. Kimberly Cruz's father is a Republican and she is a Democrat but they have had a household where they can believe strongly in their political beliefs but can be civil and see that purple may exist for productive solutions to exist. We The People must find bipartisan solutions and respect our neighbors with the civil language that our leaders have forgotten long ago.

Locally we do not have proper forums to engage as civilians. There were movements in New York City in the 1900s where there were active town halls with dinner every Friday. We might not be able to do it at such a large scale but the Congressional District can make an effort to every month, dedicate one month to a neighborhood in the district on how to make it more beautiful, safe, and hospitable. There needs to be simultaneous efforts.

The United States' first president George Washington used his only presidential veto when Congress was proposing to increase the 30,000 for one representative. In 2024, we currently have which is 772,000 for one representative.

Kimberly Cruz will advocate for an intergenerational and intersectional advisory council within her district to discuss the direct issues Congress may assist New York residents with.

The council will have 24 representatives, with a basic salary of $18,000 for basic needs but not high enough where there will be corruption. This will mean $1.70 per person in the Congressional District. 

$18,000 x 24 = $432,000 but this will be a council of regulation for 772,000 people. Each person or in a household of four people you are paying one year $8.50 and for two years $17 for regulation in your federal government and more direct democracy. For the last eighteen months, Kimberly Cruz has advocated for countless of people and walked her district to collect their stories. The United States government should be governed by The People. Kimberly Cruz's family has instilled civic duty in her life. Her father was a politician in Colombia and her grandfather created an intergenerational tradition to involve children starting the age of three years old to interact with their civil duty. In Colombia, civilians are critical of their government because of the extreme corruption and danger from armed forces, so it meant life or death for Kimberly Cruz's grandfather during the height of the violence. Kimberly Cruz's father was also targeted politically. We must understand what the threshold is for tolerance of violence and ignorance. What will we accept to be normal and abnormal for future generations? In 2024, our generations have witnessed violence and we have been docile. We must appreciate that we live with privilege of walking and breathing the air of The United States of America, especially New York City. When we walk and breathe our air, the principles of the United States should be upheld to further adapt to what it means to obtain life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. 

The House of Representatives sent a cohort to Colombia, They were not equipped with the history of the land to see the vast error of supporting groups that have provided immense trauma to a group of people and is radical leader. Currently, Colombia has a leftist President who is an Ex-Guerilla militant and has a history of not being accepted by large civilian populations. The international community just like the comments made for war in Gaza, are not informed well enough to make opinions about their stances, and sometimes support leaders who they should not support based on The People of the region and history. The migrant crisis is connected to the shift in political parties at the governmental level. The fall of democracy started in 2021, we felt it more in 2022, and saw some effects in 2023. Now we are being tested in 2024, are we addressing the needs of the constituents. In 2024, we have not had strong leaders in our party call out radical governments destroying democracy around the world. 

Kimberly Cruz is intersectional, intergenerational, and young. Her roots are from Latin America, her soul is of The United States of America, and her mind is Of Queens where she has been raised by the ideals of Arab, Asian, and European ideals. She is someone who was born on this land and lived here before the pandemic and after. She has seen the value of a household who protects their children with education and centralizes the power of education opening future doors. No one can take your mind away fro you and she is grateful for The People before her who have created the ecosystem that has allowed her to feel safe. However, now as an adult she has seen political parties put their self interest before the interest of the nation. 

We The People need new ideas so we do not continue this stalemate. We The People need a leader who will not be pushed by the wave of social media. We The People need a leader who creates roots on the ground she represents and turns to stone to protect The People of The Sixth from the waves of international interests and biases. The definition of insanity is to continue the same move over and over again. If our leaders do not support who we are and what we believe in then they are not needed. If we see leaders who have had power but are disconnected from the real problems of the people then we will not have solutions. Let us find power in our voices again and put in new blood who can make Congress purple again and regulate The United States of America. 

The incumbent is focusing on the wrong issues and does not bring swift changes. Why Kimberly Cruz Of Queens and Of The People of The United States of America over Congresswoman Meng because Meng did not provide preventative measures for issues academics have been discussing for the last ten years. Meng did not create adequate bills that touch on the issues The People need protection from. Meng has not provided True Representation to The People of Queens who are not only East Asian;our outward race does not dictate who we focus on in Congress. A true leader walks and talks with all 772,000 people and does not just follow what a crowd wants but also uses their expertise and networks to predict future emergencies to protect constituents from future pain. Kimberly Cruz has studied these issues for the last five years: artificial intelligence, civic education, intergenerational trauma, misinformation, and democracy as a political science major at Yale University. She started Kinetic Civic Education November 2022 as a way to provide a safe advocate for her neighbors. She been around the world absorbing first person interactions to find solutions for all and created an organization to help communicate the knowledge to others in their languages. With more funding and more power, We The People of Queens, will be the solution for the nation to respect all neighbors who are part of the soul of The United States of America.

Kimberly Cruz reached out as a sister to her family in The Sixth and abroad. 2023 was the hottest year on record, the ice caps are dangerously low, and the year was a bit off for all. 

"I have been fighting my whole life to help others and myself not be forgotten or beaten by a system that has an obligation to listen to American souls: Citizens, Long Term Residents, and Visitors. USA is for all. USA does not have to be triggering, it can mean so much more. We just have to unite. I need my sisters. If the United States does not feel like my home I will be displaced. I have no where else to call home. When can I call out for help? For us all. Wouldn't it be cool to just make that change as adults, during an apex point of history.

It starts with Taiwan; the first symbol of the world in 2024's massive election season. Taiwan is the land that will change the way people view autonomy in the East and the West. The way people will feel about power, support, and the realization of the deterioration of the world in front of them. Be autonomous and make your decisions but remember to be critical of yourself and ask if you have critically thought about your decision or are you mindlessly voting behind the masses. What does being critical mean? Did you Rethink Time? Who will now take the lead in the new world with unregulated weapons such as artificial intelligence? Have we released the destruction of humanity by allowing our minds to be muffled and not be goal-oriented to fit every item we are able to achieve, not just the achievements we just want. 

I am aware of the domestic issues we will address once I am in office because I have been shouting for the last fourteen months about the lack of efficient response times in this first world nation. For the last ten years I have been training to be a leader by the best, P.S.20, JHS 189, The Bronx High School of Science, Yale University, and I was raised in the best district. I was able to grow up in a safe environment because The United States of America allowed society to be malleable and in my Adolescence Stage, before my prefrontal cortex was formed, I was able to be curious; I had grit, growth, and hope for the future. My teachers were leaders of the classroom. 

Respect even in public spaces on The International 7 train: See something, say something 

I respect our badged forces: Obviously The NYPD, but we also have The Fire Department, The Department of Sanitation, The MTA which are all structural foundational units that need our undivided attention and our critical thinking skills. When people have the courage to face the dangers that these badged departments face, then we shall be able to say “No More.” However, these departments with our current state of affairs are necessary— we need them equipped and ready for action! These agencies must be properly trained. Whistleblow without getting in trouble.

We are spending thousands of dollars on poll days being open for all people to vote. Only 2% of eligible voters voted in the Assembly District 27 Special Election September 7, 2023 and one month later there was a major war. These elections are very important. You might not now the players, you might not know the battles, but there is an informational war occurring and we are falling into all of the known traps.

We have 12 hours left in month One of the 24th Year of the 21st Century to shout about democracy for The People of Taiwan to hear your concerns. As we shout for Gaza, we may shout for liberty and democracy for all people. The United States of America will help you. We are the world nation and we will force out bigotry, we will not displace American souls: Citizens, Long Term Residents, and Visitors. We are a first world nation and we will have first world issues. We decided to level up as human critical thinkers when we removed the subset of an identity to make room for more discourse. Remove my identity as a woman, remove my identity as a person of color, remove my identity on sex, remove my identity on orientation, and treat me as a human being first in a First World Country. 

We have to check and balance our government, just like our checkbooks. Bigotry has allowed the first world nation to remove my identity in higher education, remove my identity as a woman, as a taxpayer, and will create precedent under people’s eyes through the unchecked judicial branch. You must make the autonomous choice to follow democracy but do not become a mindless follower because when will you lose your autonomy? 

I was raised in the modern age, post-Google, and I had to create safety parameters based on the experts of that time who were wary of a new age. Now, we must become those experts who have developed their prefrontal cortex during an era when we were the most malleable and were engaged with the most amount of information. Consequently, the 21st century is the dawn of a new age when we have spent a quarter of the century with Google and now we introduce unchecked generated intelligence which is just products of biased human beings who are not perfect and have a high chance of providing human error. Even Google Maps is currently faulty and our human abilities make it easy to understand shortcuts but the technology was not aware. That could have been a life and death situation where technology as an unchecked weapon, unregulated by The United States Congress, that technology will in a near future become Judge and executioner without proper regulation and system to alarm the bells. The human population will continue to increase, there will be more chances of human error, and then we have a lifeless society of machinery ruling us and not us over them.

It is imperative that Congress regulates their standards on what will bring dire consequences to civil society before corporate or innovation make our own people kill each other. 

1. China has launched a satellite that affected the island of Taiwan. Taiwan issued an islandwide air raid alert, four days before their presidential elections. 
2. The United States and other world leaders have bombed the Houthis in the Red Sea two days before the Taiwanese elections. 
3. We may be in war or we may not just yet but we are not strategically playing the World of Chess
